Your Trusted Central Coast Woy Woy Shopping Hub
Deepwater Plaza sits at the heart of the peninsula, right on the corner of Railway and Charlton Streets. We’re the central coast Woy Woy shopping destination that locals rely on for everyday essentials, fresh food, and a proper community feel.
You’ll find us directly opposite the train station. This makes us one of the most accessible centres on the peninsula. Whether you’re hopping off the train, catching the bus, or driving in, we’ve made it easy to get your shopping done.
Services That Make Life Easier
Shopping isn’t just about buying things. It’s about ticking off your to-do list in one trip.
We’ve got hair and beauty salons, optometrists, and banks with ATMs. MyCar handles your vehicle servicing needs. Service NSW is also on-site. You can sort out your licence, rego, or other government admin while you’re here.
A True Central Coast Shopping Centre for the Community
We run a dedicated Senior’s Club membership programme. Many of our shoppers are retirees who call the peninsula home. Our active What’s On calendar is packed with events and activities throughout the year. You’ll find school holiday fun and seasonal celebrations.
Families love our free Maritime Mania children’s play gym. Kids can burn off energy while you grab a coffee. The Kidz Corner is another free community space designed for families to relax and connect.
Everything you need at Deepwater Plaza. We're home to over 55 specialty stores spread across a single level. No stairs, no confusion — just straightforward shopping the way it should be. Our anchor tenants include Coles for your weekly grocery shop. Kmart covers general merchandise. Priceline Pharmacy handles health and beauty needs. You'll also find Bakers Delight, Nev & Jim's Butchery, and Liquorland when you need fresh bread, quality meat, or a bottle for the weekend. Beyond the big names, we've got specialty stores like The Reject Shop, Best&Less, Lowes, Just Jeans, Suzanne Grae, and Strandbags. Whether you're after fashion, homewares, or a new handbag, chances are we've got it.
Plenty of Parking, Zero Stress
We know that parking can make or break a shopping trip. That’s why we’ve got hundreds of spaces across undercover and open-air areas.
Our multi-deck carpark is located opposite the main entrance on George Street. Lifts bring you straight into the centre. There’s also single-level parking off Charlton Street near the Coles entrance.
Disabled parking is available at both main entrances. Parents with prams will find dedicated spaces in the George Street multi-deck. We’ve even got 15-minute quick-stop parking along George Street for those lightning-fast errands.
Relax, Refuel, Recharge
We don’t have a traditional food court. But we’ve got plenty of relaxed cafes and takeaway options scattered throughout the centre. Grab a seat, unwind with a coffee, and watch the world go by.
It’s the kind of low-key, no-pressure atmosphere that makes the central coast shopping centre feel less like a mall. It feels more like your local neighbourhood hub.
Our Parents Room is located opposite Gloria Jeans at the main entrance. It’s equipped with a microwave, changing tables, a private feeding room, and toilets including a children’s toilet.
Disabled amenities are available in two locations. You’ll find them opposite Gloria Jeans and adjacent to the Commonwealth Bank. Both include baby change tables. Wheelchairs are available to hire at no charge.
Getting Here Is a Breeze
The plaza is one of the easiest centres to reach on the peninsula. Woy Woy is a major stop on the Central Coast and Newcastle train line. Most north and southbound services stop at the station, according to Transport NSW.
Once you step off the train, we’re right across the road. No long walks, no complicated directions. Just cross Railway Street and you’re here.
Busways operates several routes to and from Umina, Gosford, and Kariong. Stops are directly outside the centre on George Street and at the train station.
Extended Thursday Trading for Working Families
We’re open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM. Extended trading runs until 7:00 PM on Thursdays. This gives working families extra time to shop after work. Sunday trading runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
